Make Your Weekends Count
Give yourself what you can’t afford during the week.
If you’re not careful, your weekends get swallowed by low-value tasks, cleaning the house, running errands, or scrolling endlessly on your phone.
Instead, use those days for what you don’t have time for during the week:
Spend quality time with friends or family
Exercise
Enjoy cultural activities
Go for a walk, explore somewhere new
Recharge your energy
Or simply rest, breathe, reflect, slow down
Here’s the key:
👉 Be intentional about your weekends.
Don’t let them happen by default. Design them.
Ask yourself now:
What meaningful activity can you prioritize next weekend?
Plan it today. Put it on your calendar.
And make this a habit.
Your weekends shouldn’t just help you recover.
They should help you live.
