The 2-Minute Rule
If it takes less than two minutes, do it now.
You already have the great habit of capturing every task that pops into your head. Perfect.
But here’s the upgrade:
If a task will take under two minutes, don’t add it to your to-do list.
Do it immediately.
Because once it’s done… it’s done. No tracking, no revisiting, no mental load.
What’s finished is one less thing to manage.
